When is Always On Premium content available?

  • Once a title is streaming, you can watch it as many times as you like until streaming ends. Bonez streams October 23rd through 11:59pm November 3rd.

What devices can I use to stream Always On Premium content?

Can I stream on my TV?

  • There are a few ways to watch this content on your TV screen, including connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable, or wirelessly "casting" to your smart TV. However, the steps might be advanced for some and vary from home to home. Please note that because watching on your TV is dependent on your home setup and devices, People's Light Box Office staff are unlikely to be able to assist you over the phone. How much does it cost?

  • Streaming access for the filmed performance of Bonez is $15 for your household. 

Why can't I see my content?

  • If you log in and cannot see any digital content listed under your account, you may have accidentally created a duplicate account. If you are signed into an account already, log out and navigate to the login screen. Click "Forgot Password?" under the "Login Information" box and above the "Login" button. Try entering any email address you frequently use for setting up web accounts to find out if you have forgotten about an account previously registered through our website or box office.
  • You will receive a "forgot password" email from tickets@peopleslight.org. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder or add this email address to your not-spam list through your email provider.

How do I know if I already have a People's Light account?

How do I get into my account if I don't know the email address or password?

I received a gift certificate. How do I redeem it for streaming access?

  • A gift certificate is a form of payment, and is not itself a pass to access digital content.
  • To access digital content, select the product you'd like to redeem your gift certificate for, and follow the prompts as if you were purchasing the content. You will be asked to create an account if you have not done so previously.
  • Before you click "submit" to reach the payment screen, type your gift certificate number (dashes included; ex. ABCD-1234556) and click "apply gift certificate". Click "submit". If you have any outstanding balance due, you will need to enter a credit card number to complete the transaction.
  • The content will now appear under the account you created during this process.
