When is Always On Premium content available?

  • A Christmas Carol, the first fully staged, in-person play in our 2021/2022 Season, will be available to stream in late December 2021. 9 Parts of Desire will be available in early 2022 as an exclusive digital offering. We hope to make select other productions in our 21/22 Season available to stream, so stay tuned for updates on our Always On Premium content.

    Once a title is streaming, you can watch it as many times as you like until streaming ends.

What devices can I use to stream Always On Premium content?

Can I stream on my TV?

  • There are a few ways to watch this content on your TV screen, including connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable, or wirelessly "casting" to your smart TV. However, the steps might be advanced for some and vary from home to home. Please note that because watching on your TV is dependent on your home setup and devices, People's Light Box Office staff are unlikely to be able to assist you over the phone.   • Always On Premium titles range from $15 to $25 each.

Why can't I see my content?

  • If you log in and cannot see any digital content listed under your account, you may have accidentally created a duplicate account. If you are signed into an account already, log out and navigate to the login screen. Click "Forgot Password?" under the "Login Information" box and above the "Login" button. Try entering any email address you frequently use for setting up web accounts to find out if you have forgotten about an account previously registered through our website or box office.

How do I know if I already have a People's Light account?

I received a gift certificate. How do I redeem it for a single production or a digital pass?

  • A gift certificate is a form of payment, and is not itself a pass to access digital content.
  • To access digital content, select the product you'd like to redeem your gift certificate for, and follow the prompts as if you were purchasing the content. You will be asked to create an account if you have not done so previously.
  • Before you click "submit" to reach the payment screen, type your gift certificate number (dashes included; ex. ABCD-1234556) and click "apply gift certificate". Click "submit". If you have any outstanding balance due, you will need to enter a credit card number to complete the transaction.
  • The content will now appear under the account you created during this process.
