Joe Canuso

Joe is the Founder and former Artistic Director of Theatre Exile where he has directed many plays including, Rizzo, The Philly Fan, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Big Daddy Graham’s Last Call. He has also directed for The Philadelphia Theatre Co., EgoPo, and 1812 Productions. He was nominated as Best Director three times for a Barrymore Award and was voted Best Director for Blackbird by the Philadelphia Weekly. As an actor he has performed in London, Prague and Italy. And he was part of the Barrymore Award-winning ensemble for Glengarry Glen Ross. Much love to Trish who is my everyday hero.
