NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE.

Registration for all of our summer programs is on a first come, first served basis.   We must receive your completed registration in order to enroll you.

All enrollments will be confirmed via e-mail.

***Adults registering for the adult classes need only fill out the registration form and the questions that apply to them. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.***

Registration and Refund Policy

• A deposit of 50%  is required with your registration. The balance is due Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 and will be charged to the same credit card used for the deposit unless your initial payment was received via check or cash. In that case, the remaining balance must be mailed to Sara Waxman, Summerstage Registar, 39  Conestoga Road, Malvern PA 19355 by Tuesday, June 1st, 2010.

• No registration will be accepted over the phone.  Please visit our website, e mail, fax, or mail in your registration.

• For cancellations prior to June 1st, $50 will be deducted.  After June 1st, no refunds can be made.

• We offer a 10% discount to families registering two or more students and to People’s Light contributors of $250 and above.  Please check the appropriate box on your registration form to receive this discount.

• Need-based scholarships are available to those who qualify.  Please call Sara Waxman at 610-647-1900 ext. 116 for more information.

Transportation
We are happy to assist with transportation plans by keeping a list of families from each area who wish to carpool.  Please mark the appropriate box on your registration form in order to be included on our carpool list.
